accessoreez, inc. glass jewelry artist, Leslie Belcher has been awarded First Place for her collection of work at the 30th Annual Beauty and the Beach Art Festival, held this past Saturday, April 1st in Indian Rocks Beach, FL. Over 80 artists participated in this juried event.
